Summary
Halulabs (“we”, “us”) do not run analytics or advertising pixels. The only personal data we collect is what you submit through our Contact page or when you choose to use our WhatsApp or call‑booking options.
What we collect
- Contact form details: name, email, message, and (if you select “Start a Project”) service, timeline, and budget.
- Anti-bot verification: a Cloudflare Turnstile token that confirms you’re human. It may involve Cloudflare processing device/network signals solely for bot detection.
- Optional WhatsApp handoff: if you tap “WhatsApp us,” we prefill a message locally from your form entries. When you continue to WhatsApp, your message is sent to WhatsApp (Meta) under their terms and privacy policy.
- Optional call booking: if you book via Cal.com, the scheduler will collect what’s needed to arrange the call (e.g., name, email, times). That data is handled by Cal.com under their policies.
- Server logs: standard logs may include IP address, user‑agent, timestamp, and request path for security and reliability.
What we do not collect
- No account sign‑ups or passwords.
- No analytics or advertising trackers.
- No cookies except the essential Cloudflare Turnstile cookie on the Contact page.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your inquiry.
- To schedule a call if you request it.
- To protect the site from abuse (via Turnstile) and maintain reliability (via basic logs).
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. We do not sell personal data.

- Contract: discussing and delivering requested services if you become a client.
- Consent: when you choose optional integrations such as WhatsApp or Cal.com.
Data retention
We retain contact inquiries only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business purposes (for example, context on follow‑ups), then delete or anonymize them. Turnstile tokens are short‑lived. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and reliability. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner unless we must keep them by law.

We use industry‑standard safeguards including encryption in transit and least‑privilege access. No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our practices.
Your rights

Client project materials
If you become a client, we may receive project materials you choose to share (e.g., web content, GIS layers or model inputs, or audio stems). We handle these under our agreement with you, use them only to deliver the requested services, and keep them confidential.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect cross‑border transfers.
